Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of directors of Dur Hospitality Co.recommended SAR 0.45 dividends per share at total amount of SAR 45 million, representing 4.5% of the stock’s par value.
Shareholders of record date until 11 August would be entitled to the dividends distribution, noting that the date of distribution would be determined later on, according to the company’s statement.
Dur Hospitality is capitalized at SAR 1 billion, distributed across 100 million issued shares at SAR 10 par value each.
The company reported net profits of SAR 29.1 million for the second quarter of 2016, down by 20% from SAR 36.6 million for the same period of the previous year.
