Riyadh-Mubasher: Dur Hospitality said it has awarded a SAR 24.9 million contract to Star Building Systems to build a residential complex for hotel staff in Riyadh.
The project, to be financed from the company's cash sources, will last 18 months, the company said in a bourse statement.
The move is expected to be reflected on the company's Q3-17 financials.
