Riyadh-Mubasher: Dur Hospitality reported SAR 23.4 million in net earnings for the fourth quarter of 2015, against net losses of SAR 25.6 million in the same period of 2014.
The company attributed swinging to profitability to the fact Q4-14 figures were impacted by excluding SAR 50.8 million, representing the remaining net book value of the fixed assets of Al Rawda and Al-Watan parks.
The company also recorded net earnings of SAR 143.2 million in FY15, jumping 38% over SAR 103.7 million a year earlier, due to improved operation of most facilities.
