Cairo – Mubasher: The Export Development Bank of Egypt (EBE) has filed with the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) to raise its authorised capital from EGP 2 billion to EGP 5 billion.
The bourse is studying the received documents to submit them to the listing committee, according to a bourse filing released on Monday.
