Cairo – Mubasher: The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) on Thursday announced that it provided $25 million (EGP 415.75 million) credit facility to Elsewedy Electric’s United Metals.
The loan was aimed at promoting active capital and the environmental plan, EBRD added.
In May, Elsewedy reported a 30.4% year-on-year decline in its consolidated profits during the first quarter of 2019, recording EGP 955.51 million.
