ECB leaves interest rates unchanged

Mubasher: The European Central Bank (ECB) decided to keep its key interest rates on hold, in line with analysts’ expectations.

The ECB’s governing council kept its benchmark refinancing rate at zero and the deposit rate at -0.4%.
