Dubai – Mubasher: Engineering Contracting Company (ECC) has been awarded a contract by Dubai lnvestments Real Estate Company (DIRC) to develop the first phase of its Mirdif Hills project in Dubai, according to a statement.
The AED 3 billion ($816 million) Mirdif Hills comprises three plots, Al Multaqa Avenue, Janayen Avenue, and Nasayem Avenue, with a built-up area of 287,180 square metres.
The scope of work includes the construction, completion, and maintenance of commercial and residential buildings.
The construction will likely start soon, with expectations to be completed within two years.
