Mubasher: The chief executive of the Bahraini Economic Development Board (EDB Bahrain) said that the board aims at attracting 60 companies to the kingdom this year, as part of its annual plan for 2017, Bahrain News Agency (BNA) reported.
Khaled Al Rumaihi added on the sidelines of a groundbreaking event for the German Armacell Group’s factory in Bahrain that the board has achieved a third of the plan.
Al Rumaihi indicated that 20 companies have opened branches in Bahrain with 40 more remaining to achieve the planned target for 2017, which he believes will be achieved this year, according to BNA.
