Cairo – Mubasher: EFG Hermes said it finished the acquisition of 76.7% of Tanmeyah Microenterprise Services for EGP 345 million.
EFG Hermes completed all the procedures, as well as secured the approvals of the regulatory bodies, said a bourse filling.
Tanmeyah total value amounts to EGP 450 million.
