Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange’s (EGX) listing committee announced the listing of Ijara Sukuk issued by EFG Hermes Securitization Company.
The Ijara Sukuk is compliant with Islamic Sharia, tradable, and non-convertible, according to a statement on Wednesday.
The Sukuk will be offered for 57 months starting from the date of the issuance until the end of 2024 with a total value of EGP 2 billion, distributed over 20 million notes valued at EGP 100 apiece.
