Cairo – Mubasher: EFG-Hermes reported a 15.8% profit decrease during the third quarter of 2016, a bourse filing revealed Tuesday in light of the consolidated results.
The company earned EGP 149.4 million in Q3-16, compared with EGP 177.4 million for Q3-15, according to the consolidated results.
Net profits for the first nine months tumbled 96.6% year-on-year to EGP 18.2 million from EGP 536.5 million, the consolidated statements revealed.
Meanwhile, net standalone profits for the nine-month period increased to EGP 593.8 million from EGP 50.5 million for the year-ago period.
