Dubai – Mubasher: EFS company awarded a contract from Dubai Real Estate Corporation (DREC) worth AED 15 million for four years.
According the agreement, EFS company will carry out integrated facilities management works related to EL Karama residential project in Dubai.
EL Karama residential project is composed of 572 residential apartments in addition to 153 retail outlets.
