Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority (EFSA) issued on Wednesday decision number (25) for 2017 regarding the extension of the financial disclosure period for two weeks.
EFSA said that the deadline for submitting the financial statements for the first half of fiscal 2016 is 28 February instead of 14 February.
The authority set 16 April as a deadline for submitting the annual financial statements for the year ended on 31 December 2016, instead of 31 March, according to a bourse filing.
