Riyadh - Mubasher: Bishah Agriculture Development third extraordinary general meeting (EGM), held on Sunday 24 July, decided not to liquidate the company.
Voting took place after finally completing required decorum, according to the company’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Monday.
Previously, the OGM approved the financial statements and the board’s report on 27 June.
Bishah’s accumulated losses amounted to SAR 67.43 million ($17.98 million) by the end of May representing 134.86% of the company’s capital.
