Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt’s Ministry of Antiquities and the Egyptian General Company For Tourism & Hotels (EGOTH) signed an agreement to establish two projects with estimated revenues of around EGP 362.1 million through 10 years.
The agreement stipulates exploiting a land plot owned by EGOTH, that is located near the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), to establish public parking as well as commercial units.
The projects’ estimated cost average EGP 37 million and will be financed over two years, said Ministry Of Public Business Sector
