Cairo – Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) announced that Sunday, 30 June, and Monday, 1 July, will be official holidays in celebration of the 30 June revolution.
Banks with fiscal years ending on 31 December will resume work on Monday, while those with fiscal years ending on 30 June will resume work on Tuesday, the CBE said in a statement on Thursday.
Meanwhile, the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) will also be closed next Sunday and Monday and trading will be resumed on Tuesday, according to a statement released by the Egyptian bourse.
