Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) announced that Sunday, 10 November, will be official holiday in celebration of Prophet Mohamed's birthday.
Trading will be resumed on Monday, 11 November, the Egyptian bourse said in a statement on Tuesday.
It is noteworthy that the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) revealed that banks operating in the country will be closed on 10 November.
Previously, the Egyptian cabinet said that Sunday will be a paid day off for the public-sector and state employees.
