Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) announced a list of companies that are eligible for short selling after adjusting the criteria of market capitalisation for free-floated shares.
The number of securities eligible for short selling have increased to 46 from 30, according to a statement on Tuesday.
The amendments will be effective as of Wednesday, 12 August.
