Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange’s (EGX) indices are expected to trim Sunday’s losses; with the benchmark EGXX30 index is likely to test support levels at 12,750 and 12,600 points, analysts told Mubasher.
The EGX30 declined yesterday by 2.8% or 360.9 points to the level of 12,544.92 points.
Market analyst Ibrahim El Nemr, said that the EGX30 index will decline to 11,850 points if it could not stand above 12,300 points, a level that may drive the index to test a resistance at 12,735 points.
Meanwhile, analyst Shahd Raafat said that breaking below the mark of 12,700 may drag the main gauge to the level of 12,000 points.
Technical analyst Waleed Hilal noted that the index broke below 1,840 and 12,740 points, the lowest support levels since two months.
