Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) indices advanced in Sunday session’s early trade, as the benchmark index EGX30 added 0.95% or 56 points reaching the level of 6,000 points.
The small and mid-caps index EGX70 gained 0.32% to 350.5 points, while the broader index EGX100 went up 0.34% to 706.7 points.
The equal weighted index EGX50 leapt 0.6% to 1,103.9 points.
The heavy weight Commercial International Bank rose 1.57% to EGP 33.10, with trading value of EGP 9.7 million.
Meanwhile, the stock of Palm Hills gained 1.3% to EGP 2.33, with trading value of EGP 4 million.
The Arab and foreign investors came as net buyers with EGP 354,000 and EGP 3.4 million respectively.
