Cairo – Mubasher: The benchmark EGX30 index of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) rose at Tuesday’s open by 0.10% or 13 points to the level of 13,504.9 points.
Likewise, the EGX70, EGX100, and EGX50 indices grew by 0.69%, 0.62%, and 0.11%, respectively.
By 11:00 am Cairo time, trading volume reached 94 million shares exchanged at EGP 255.5 million through roughly 7,000 transactions.
Egyptian traders were net buyers with EGP 25.8 million, while foreign and Arab investors were net sellers with EGP 25.1 million and EGP 650,000, respectively.
Domty, Juhayna, Madinet Nasr Housing, and Emaar Misr rose between 9.9% and 1.8%.
Meanwhile, Porto Group, Egyptian Resorts, Cairo Oils, and Pioneers dropped between 2.4% and 0.3%.
The Commercial International Bank – Egypt (CIB) declined 0.46% to EGP 82.5.
