Cairo – Mubasher: The benchmark EGX30 index of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) is expected to target the level of 13,500 points in the upcoming sessions, analysts told Mubasher.
Market Analyst, Saied Al Feqy, said that the EGX30 index is likely to continue rising on Thursday, and reach its previous peak at 13,500 points.
The analyst forecasted the index to hit the mark of 14,000 points before the end of the first quarter of fiscal 2017.
Technical analyst, Shahd Raafat, said that the main gauge faces resistances at 13,220-13,500 points.
The EGX30 index rose yesterday by 0.75% or 99.06 points to the level of 13,228.33 points.
