Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange’s (EGX) benchmark EGX30 fell at Thursday’s close by 0.67% or 86.4 points to the level of 12,906.98 points.
Likewise, the EGX70, EGX100, and EGX50 indices dropped 0.73%, 0.64%, and 0.75%, respectively.
Trading volume reached 204.07 million shares exchanged at EGP 836.6 million through 25,300 transactions.
The market capitalisation closed at EGP 667.34 billion, losing EGP 3.04 billion.
Egyptian and Arab investors were net sellers by EGP 11.56 million and EGP 28.4 million, respectively, while foreign investors were net buyers by EGP 39.9 million.
Commercial International Bank – Egypt (CIB) fell 0.18% to EGP 77.
