Cairo – Mubasher: The EGX30 index of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) rose at Tuesday’s open by 0.70% or 88.12 points to the level of 12,711.20 points.
Likewise, the EGX70, EGX100, and EGX50 indices levelled up 0.49%, 0.50%, and 0.80%, respectively.
Trading volume reached 64.02 million shares, as turnover amounted to EGP 245.07 million.
Arab and local investors were net buyers by EGP 4.4 million and EGP 2.6 million, respectively, while foreign investors were net sellers by EGP 7.09 million.
Ezz Steel rose 3.81%, TMG Holding advanced 1.93%, and Citadel Holding ascended 1.87%.
On the flipside, Commercial International Bank – Egypt (CIB) declined 0.17% to EGP 74.9.
The benchmark EGX30 rose on Monday by 0.99% or 123.61 points to the level of 12,623.22 points.
