Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) kicked off Wednesday’s session on a mixed note, as the benchmark index EGX30 went down 0.21% or 17 points to 8,184.5 points.
The stocks of Misr Fertilisers Production Company (MOPCO) jumped 346.3% to EGP 41.5 on its first trading day on the EGX.
The small and medium caps index EGX70 went down 0.04% to 358.6 points, while the broader index EGX100 inched down 0.02% to 819.1 points.
The equal weighted index EGX50 slide 0.29% to 1,370.5 points.
