Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) benchmark index EGX30 retreated in Sunday early trading as it inched down 0.07% or 5.7 points reaching the level of 7,973 points amid selling pressures by local and Arab investors.
The small and medium caps index EGX 70 eased 0.04% to 356.4 points, while the broader index EGX100 inched down 0.06% to 808 points.
The equal weighted index EGX50 also slipped 0.04% to 1,351 points.
Sunday early trading witnessed 4.6 million changed hands worth EGP 32 million.
