Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) opened on positive note on Sunday as the benchmark index EGX30 added 0.6% or 68.31 points reaching 11,394.3 points.
The small and medium caps index EGX70 added 0.37% to 453.36 points, while the broader index EGX100 gained 0.37% to 1,068.3 points.
Similarly, the equal weighted index EGX50 went up 1.06% to 1,839 points.
Sunday early trading witnessed 44.4 million shares changed hands worth EGP 128.7 million.
