Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) said Wednesday that Alexandria Container and Cargo Handling Company has submitted the documents to amend its activity.
The bourse is studying the received documents to submit them to the Listing Committee, according to a bourse filing.
Earlier in May, the company’s extraordinary general meeting (EGM) had approved the addition of the real estate investment activity in the company's memorandum of association (MoA).
The stock rose on Tuesday by 0.42% to EGP 173.78.
