Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) said Tuesday that United Company for Housing and Development has submitted the documents needted to increase the company's issued and paid-up capital to EGP 226.56 million from EGP 181.25 million, via distributing bonus shares.
The bourse is studying the received documents to submit them to the EGX Listing Committee, according to a bourse statement.
By 11:00 am Cairo time, United Company's stock rose by 2.56% to EGP 7.22.
