Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange’s indices succeeded in reducing huge losses incurred at the beginning of the week, while market capitalisation lost EGP 42 billion.
Over the week, the main index, EGX30, dropped 880 points, or 6%, to reach 13,857 points.
The EGX70 index went down by 7.3% to 499 points, while the EGX100 index shed 6.9% to 1,339 points.
Market capitalisation decreased to EGP 695 billion this week, from EGP 738 billion a week earlier.
