EGX suspends trading on Heliopolis Housing

Cairo - Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) said it will suspend trading on the shares of Heliopolis Company for Housing, starting from today 8 December.

This decision came after news reports stating new developments related to the company's offering of 655 acres in new Heliopolis city for establishing integrated real estate project.

Earlier, Heliopolis Housing said that Prime Holding didn't finish off the project's evaluation.

The real estate developer reported net profits of EGP 51.3 million for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2015/16, down from EGP 91.2 million a year earlier.
