Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX) will be closed on Thursday, 25 April on the occasion of the Sinai Liberation Day.
The EGX will be shut on Sunday, 28 April for the celebration of the Easter, while Monday, 29 April will be also an official holiday on the occasion of the spring holiday of Sham El-Nessim, according to a statement.
Trading will resume on Tuesday, 30 April, the EGX said.
Moreover, the EGX announced that Wednesday, 1 May, as an official holiday on the occasion of the labour day and trading will be resumed on Thursday, 2 May.
