Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange will start executing the mandatory offer submitted by Pioneers Holding from 22 March to 18 April.
The deal will be executed within five days following the end of the tender offer period.
Earlier, Pioneers made a mandatory tender offer to the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority for purchasing 66.8% or 5.35 million shares of Universal for Paper and Packaging Materials (Unipack).
