Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange’s listing committee approved listing Cleopatra Hospital on EGX database starting from 14 April 2016.
The company has to fulfill all necessary requirements for final listing before its real-time debut on cairo bourse, EGX added.
Cleopatra is capitalized at EGP80 million, distributed over 160 million shares at a par value of EGP0.50 each.
Earlier, the medical services provider filed with the Egyptian Exchange to list on the official market.
During the first quarter of 2015, UAE’s Abraaj Capital acquired Cleopatra Hospital in a deal worth EGP 770 million.
