Cairo-Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) will list the shares of El Farasha for Manufacture and Printing Packing Materials as of 29 February 2016.
Earlier this month, the company had submitted a request to list its shares on the official market.
On 16 February, the listing committee gave the go-ahead for listing the company’s shares, with an issued capital of EGP 90 million, divided into 450 million shares at a par value of EGP 0.20 each.
