Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange would open the OPR system during 22-24 November to sell 11.83 million shares of Beltone Financial Holding at EGP 12.56 each, according to a bourse statement on Monday.
This amount represents 7% of Beltone’s total shares, the statement added.
Earlier, Orascom Telecom, Beltone’s main shareholder, approved in principle to float not less than 5% and note more than 10% of Beltone’s shares on Egypt’s bourse.
The bourse announced studying Orascom Telecom request to sell the 7% stake at a total of EGP 148.6 million.
