Cairo – Mubasher: The benchmark EGX30 index of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) fell at Tuesday’s close by 0.91% or 118.12 points to the level of 12,905.37 points.
Meanwhile, the EGX70, EGX100, and EGX50 indices rose 3.66%, 2.29%, and 0.50%, respectively.
Trading volume reached 204.2 million shares exchanged at EGP 1.1 billion.
Egyptian investors were net sellers by EGP 4 million, while foreign and Arab investors were net buyers by EGP 2.9 million and EGP 1.1 million, respectively.
Heavyweight Commercial International Bank - Egypt (CIB) declined 1.84% to EGP 76.09.
Universal was the top loser after falling 5.93%, Porto Holding shrank 3.7%, and Global Telecom retreated 2.59%.
