Cairo – Mubasher: The benchmark EGX30 index of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) rose at Tuesday’s open by 0.24% to the level of 12,959.7 points.
The EGX70 declined 0.01% to 521.8 points, the EGX100 increased 0.01% to EGP 1,243 points, and the EGX50 fell 0.09% to EGP 1,988.7 points.
By 10:45am Cairo time, Egyptian and Arab investors were net sellers by EGP 5.1 million and EGP 8.1 million, respectively, while foreign investors were net buyers by EGP 13.2 million.
Ezz Steel, TMG Holding, and Egypt Iron & Steel rose between 2.8% and 0.9%, while Domty, AMOC, and Arabian Cement declined between 2% and 1.8%.
Heavyweight Commercial International Bank - Egypt (CIB) dropped 0.03% to EGP 78.
