Cairo - Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) ended Sunday’s trading session in green, as the benchmark index EGX30 went up 0.13%, gaining 17.7 points, and closed at the level of 13,496.47 points.
The EGX70 index slipped 0.03% and closed at 619.88 points, while the broader index EGX100 increased by 0.51% to 1,467.12 points.
Meanwhile, the equal-weighted index EGX50 added 0.12% and closed at 2,096.75 points.
Traded volumes reached 277.7 million shares, with a total traded value of EGP 567.4 million, through 14,300 transactions.
The market capital increased by EGP 739 million, and closed at EGP 687.46 billion.
Egyptian investors were inclined to buy with a net of EGP 28 million, while Arab and foreign investors were net sellers with EGP 17.1 million and EGP 10.9 million, respectively.
