Cairo – Mubasher: Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development said that El - Nasr Building & Construction Company "EGYCO” was awarded the contract of developing the first phase of the Merland Park that spread over 22 acres.
The contract value amounts to EGP 30 million.
The contract is expected to be implemented within four months, while the rest of the park’s space of 45 would be offered for development through the upcoming period.
