Dubai – Mubasher: Subscription to Emirates Islamic Bank’s (EIB) rights issue worth AED 1.5 billion started on Wednesday, 14 December, according to a statement.
The subscription will end on Wednesday, 28 December.
The rights issue will increase the bank's issued capital from AED 3.93 billion to AED 5.43 billion.
The new shares will be issued at a nominal value of AED 1 each.
