Dubai-Mubasher: Emirates Investment Bank (EIBank) acted as sole financial advisor to Emirates College of Technology (ECT) on an equity private placement, according to a bourse statement.
The placement aims to fund construction of the college’s new campus in Masdar City.
The campus will allow ECT to increase its capacity to 5,000 plus students.
Construction of the new campus is expected to be completed by mid-2018 with new batch of students starting fall of 2018-2019.
