Dubai-Mubasher: Emirates Investment Bank (EIBank) said that its shareholders will meet on 16 March to discuss the distribution of 17.4% dividends for the fiscal year 2015, totalling AED 5 million ($1.36 million), according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
The bank’s capital amounts to AED 70 million, distributed on 700,000 shares at AED 100 par value each.
During the ordinary general meeting, shareholders will also review the FY15 financial results.
