Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia's Electrical Industries Co (EIC) said its ordinary general meeting (OGM) will take place on 25 April to discuss dividend distribution for 2016.
The company would distribute dividends at 9% of its capital, or SAR 0.90 a share, totalling SAR 40.5 million, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
The eligibility of the dividends will be for shareholders registered at the close of trading on the day of the meeting. The date of distribution will be disclosed later.
The OGM will also discuss the board and auditor's reports for 2016, the statement said.
EIC reported a 28.4% decline in profits in the twelve months of 2016, posting SAR 50.36 million from SAR 70.36 million a year earlier.
