Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian International Pharmaceutical Industries’ (EIPICO) net earnings plunged by 27.4% on a year-on-year (YoY) basis in 2020, standing at EGP 487.4 million. This is compared to EGP 671.44 million in 2019.
The company’s revenue came in at EGP 2.9 billion last year, down from EGP 3.41 billion a year earlier, according to a bourse statement on Wednesday.
Moreover, the standalone profit of the EGX-listed firm dropped to EGP 422.8 million in 2020 from EGP 611.5 million in 2019.
