Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian International Pharmaceutical Industries Company (EIPICO) reported an increase in profits by 6.1% during the first nine months of the year, as shown by the company’s financial statements.
Profits increased to EGP 522.2 million between January and September 2019, up from EGP 492.1 million in the corresponding period last year, according to a company statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Wednesday.
During the nine-month period, revenues grew by 23.8% year-on-year (YoY) to EGP 2.6 million.
EIPICO's profits amounted to EGP 398.3 million in the first half (H1) of the year.
