Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait announced that a private transaction was executed on Egypt Kuwait Holding (EK Holding) with a total of 18.92 million traded shares by the end of Thursday’s trading session.
The total value of this private transaction stood at KWD 3.42 million, according to a bourse filing issued on Thursday.
Earlier on Thursday, Boursa Kuwait approved for EK Holding to execute a private transaction including 18.89 million shares at a value of KWD 0.181 per share; a total value of KWD 3.42 million.
It is noteworthy that private transactions do not affect the price of the last transaction on the stock, the high-and-low share price, the opening and closing prices, the benchmark index, nor the sector indices.
