Cairo – Mubasher: Delta Insurance Company said, in a bourse filing Monday that Egypt Kuwait Holding Company (EK Holding) boosted its shareholding in the company to 28.02% from 20.51%.
EK Holding purchased 1.69 million shares in the company at a total value of EGP 10.09 million. Average price in the deal reached EGP 5.97 per share.
