Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait announced its approval for the Egypt Kuwait Holding’s (EK Holding) request to execute a private transaction including 18.89 million shares.
The value of this transaction is KWD 0.181 per share, with a total value of KWD 3.42 million.
It is noteworthy that private transactions do not affect the price of the last transaction on the stock, the high-and-low share price, the opening and closing prices, the benchmark index, nor the sector indices.
