Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt Kuwait Holding (EK Holding) divested 4.45% of its shares to Arab Gulf Company for Food, a 99.97% subsidiary of Americana, the seller said Tuesday.
EK Holding sold 45.55 million shares for a value of $21.86 million to the Kuwaiti food processing company on 20 March.
The average price was set at $0.48 per share.
